Claiborne County Family Health Center was incorporated in 1981 as a non-profit 501c (3) organization to engage in the planning and development of comprehensive health services for residents of rural communities in Claiborne, Warren, Jefferson, Copiah and surrounding counties.

Claiborne County Family Health Center receives HHS funding and has a Federal Public Health Services deemed status with respect to certain health-related claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

Claiborne County Family Health Center's mission is to provide quality, accessible, available, affordable, managed primary and preventative health care services to the residents of Claiborne County and surrounding areas.  We strive to help individuals of all ages, ethnicities, and circumstances feel better, function more successfully and experience life more fully.

Claiborne County Family Health Center collaborates with it's local schools.  This center operates (2) school-based clinics and a mobile unit providing primary medical and dental services. These services are provided by Board Certified Physicians and Nurse Practicioners.
